ELECTRONIC VISA (E-VISA)
- Normal case: estimated 5 working days from the date of submission of complete documents
- Urgent case: estimated 4 working days from the date of submission of complete documents
- Super Urgent case: estimated 3 working day from the date of submission of complete documents
The processing time depends on the type of visa, nationality and type of processing that you applied for your India Evisa (process visa in normal case, urgent case, super urgent case).
A "Processing Notification" [Application #ID India eVisa Processing (Processing time)] will show that the Evisa application will be processed on dd/mm/yyyy. We will send you a result on dd/mm/yyyy at [a specific time].
The processing time is dependent on business hours, which are 8:00 AM to 16:00 PM (UTC+5:30) Monday to Friday (excluding lunch time from 11:00 AM to 13:30 PM) and is also subject to India National Public Holiday
Working time will be based on India Time (UTC+5:30).
The processing time is based on the applicant acceptance time and processing time of the India Immigration (India Time), and the following rules will be applied:
For 5 working day processing: If we receive your payment and required information before 11:00 AM of a working day, your processing time will be counted immediately, and your e-visa will be ready by the end of the 5th working day at the latest. Otherwise, it will be counted on the next working day.
For 4 working day processing: If we receive your payment and required information before 09:00 AM of a working day, your processing time will be counted immediately, and your e-visa will be ready by the end of the 4th working day at the latest. Otherwise, it will be counted on the next working day.
For urgent cases, the time when your e-visa is ready will be confirmed case by case.
The issuing authority may reject any visa, passport, or other travel document application for any reasons and may not provide a reason to https://india-immi.org for the rejection. We have no responsibility for any delays, cancellations, financial, and other losses due to denial or delay in processing.
In the case that we do not have the documents to submit the application, only the government fee and the processing fee (based on the selected service level of 5 working days, 4 working days, or 3 working days) will be applied in the case of refund. All other fees are non-refundable.
Prior to approval, if additional information or documents are required after submission, we will contact you promptly by email. Processing will continue after we receive the requested items. Please note that delays in submitting complete and correct documents may lead to longer processing times than what we initially promised. We will not be responsible for any delays caused by incomplete or incorrect submissions, where the application has already been lodged with the authorities and government fees have been incurred.
1. Failure to Confirm to Proceed, Clarify Eligibility, or Provide Required Documents Before Submission:
If the applicant does not confirm their intention to proceed, clarify required eligibility details, or provide sufficient documents necessary for submission by the end of the same calendar month in which our request email is sent or within 7 calendar days of our email request (Vietnam time), whichever comes later, the order may be considered inactive.
This may include, but is not limited to, situations where we need to confirm whether the applicant:
- is eligible for visa exemption,
- holds a diplomatic or official passport, or
- needs to provide additional or corrected documents required for submission.
As certain preparation steps, eligibility checks, and government-related arrangements may already have been initiated during this stage, Government fees and administrative fees will be deducted from the total amount paid automatically to cover government-related charges, administrative handling, and processing preparation.
The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the applicant.
2. Failure to Submit Updated Documents Requested by the Government:
If the application has already been submitted and the applicant does not send, or explicitly declines to provide, any additional or updated documents requested by the government, within 24 hours, or by the end of the same calendar month in which our request email is sent (Vietnam time) or within 7 calendar days of our email request (if applicable):
- Any delays, late approvals, or rejections due to the late submission will be the applicant’s responsibility.
- Only a refund of 50% of the total amount paid will be applied automatically in such cases. The remaining 50% shall be retained to cover government charges, administrative handling, and processing efforts already incurred.
3. Submission of Complete and Correct Documents
Once we receive all complete, accurate, and valid documents of our email request, we will submit or update the application for processing immediately. If the applicant later needs to apply for expedited processing, additional fees will apply, and these fees are non-refundable. If the applicant decides not to pay these fees, the application will continue on the original timeline. After the relevant authority accepts the application, we will not accept cancellation or refund requests.
Since we do not issue visas or passports and cannot make any guarantee or assurances that any issuing authority will issue any documents nor can we guarantee the time required for an issuing authority to grant or reject an application. Issuing authorities may choose to grant a different type of travel document than that which the applicant has requested which may impact the purpose, validity, or number of entries. Tickets or reservations that are non-refundable should not be made until all necessary travel documents for your trip have been obtained.
Service fee:
By submitting your e-visa application to https://india-immi.org, you consent to paying all fees associated with this kind of service, including the service fee and admin & Government fee.
This fee is charged by us to submit your application, help you get your visa on time, and support you 24/7 about the visa procedure.
An email with the title "Application #ID - Successful Payment - india-immi.org" will show that we already received your payment. We will send you an email with the subject "India eVisa - First Reminder: Reminder Payment For Your Order Application #ID - india-immi.org]"; [Follow-Up: Pending Payment for Your Order Application #ID - india-immi.org]; [Title — Complete Payment for Order Application #ID - india-immi.org] if your payment is failed and instructs you to try again using a different payment method. Any problems that result from a failed payment are not our responsibility. If we do not receive payment from you, we will not process your visa.
If your visas are denied by the India Immigration Department: We will refund half of the fee you have paid to you.
You shall pay for all bank charges, exchange rate differences, currency adjustments, transaction fee and other such charges incurred by your bank or financial institution(s) throughout the payment process.
Where an India Electronic Visa has been requested, the fee paid to https://india-immi.org includes processing of the E-VISA visa only and does not include any appeals or additional services.
The issuing authority may reject any visa, passport or other travel document application for any reason and may not provide a reason to https://india-immi.org for the rejection. If your visas are denied by the India Immigration Department: We will refund half of the fee you have paid to you.
You shall pay for all bank charges, exchange rate differences, currency adjustments, transaction fee and other such charges incurred by your bank or financial institution(s) throughout the refund process.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your application before paying the Service Fee, you may do so without incurring any fees or penalties, even if you forget to notify us.
If for any reason you decide to cancel or change any information on your application before we begin processing the service, you may do so without incurring any fees or penalties. If so, before our "Processing Notification" is issued to your registered email address, you must send an official cancellation request with your Application ID to our email sales@india-immi.org. A complete refund will be provided in this situation.
After our system sends the "Processing Notification" [Application #ID India eVisa Processing (Processing time)] to your registered email address, if you decide to cancel your application or change any information for any reason, there won’t be a refund granted, and the service will proceed automatically.
An extra fee will be charged for the correction.
A "Processing Notification" [Application #ID India eVisa Processing (Processing time)] will show that the visa application will be processed on dd/mm/yyyy. We will send you a result on dd/mm/yyyy at a specific time.
When the visa result is issued, the applicant must confirm receipt within one (1) hour of receiving the result by email. If we do not receive confirmation within this time, we will consider the visa result successfully delivered. The service will be marked as fully completed, and no further refunds or disputes will be accepted.
Once your Evisa has been issued by The India Immigration Department and has been sent to your registered email address, there will be no refunds allowed. Once India-immi.org has submitted a travel document request to the relevant issuing authority on behalf of the applicant, all administrative and government fees shall be deemed non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, any transactions deemed fraudulent. The aforementioned transaction incurs costs relating to administrative fees, government fees, exchange rate, transaction fee of the third part and applicable taxes, and as such, no refund shall be provided for these amounts.
Documents will be sent via email as usual, but in some cases, you will be required to send us hard copies or original documents to submit to the India Immigration Department for review. You will send these required documents to our office. A delivery charge will be your responsibility. All third-party delivery companies are subject to the conditions set by these individual companies. India-immi.org accepts no liability for losses or delays incurred when using third-party delivery companies.
You will be charged an additional fee to expedite the process, or your visa will be canceled if the authorities do not have enough time to process it. We will send you a list of required documents via email. Please send us a full set of the needed documents on time. There will be no refunds allowed and india-immi.org accepts no liability for any problems brought on by late document submissions.
Please get in touch with us right away through email at sales@india-immi.org or through our hotline at +84.357.522.522 if for any reason you are unable to get your eVisa by the due date as indicated by us via the "Processing Notification." No refund is given if you don’t do that.
Technical problems, incorrect email addresses, or information submitted by applicants without notifying us in advance will not be held liable for any loss or delay.
india-immi.org shall not be held responsible for nor accept any liability for the actions of any consulate, embassy, or passport office in delaying or not issuing such applications for any reason whatsoever, nor shall india-immi.org be held responsible for expense and/or delay arising from or in connection with: (a) incomplete application forms or (b) incorrectly or falsely completed application forms or (c) inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation.
It is strongly advised that you double-check your details to make sure that all of the following information is accurate. There will be no cancellation and no refund in this case. You will be charged in full for any mistakes on your part.
Tickets or reservations that are non-refundable should not be made until all necessary travel documents for your trip have been obtained.
Admin & Government fee is non-refundable for any reason.
In the event that india-immi.org made a mistake while submitting your approval letter and you notify us at least seven working days before the date of your arrival, we will obtain a new approval letter for you using the same information from your initial application without charging you any additional fees.
Each Thursday, the refund will be issued. If it falls on public holidays (Republic Day, Ambedkar Jayanti, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti, etc.), the refund will be processed the next business day. However, depending on how your bank or financial institution operates, it can take you 7 to 10 working days to get your money. Regardless of the payment method you used, any fees your bank or financial institution imposes in connection with the return will be applied to your account. The fees our bank or financial institution charges for the return are the responsibility of india-immi.org
AIRPORT SERVICE
Our airport service includes: Airport Fast track (Meet & Greet) service (Arrival VIP Fast track), Car pick-up service, Esim.
We will arrange our staff to assist you on time. After receiving your payment, we will send you a confirmation and instruction via Email. You just need to check your email and follow our guide.
Electric cart/buggy service is subject to availability and may not be provided due to high passenger volume, airport authority limitations, or gate location.
Our staff cannot intervene in any government-regulated procedures, including Immigration, Customs, and Security.
It is the responsibility of the booking party/agent to ensure the passenger(s) hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.).
We cannot be held responsible if passenger(s) are denied entry or deported for any reason. Meet & Assist service charges are strictly non-refundable.
We will arrange our staff to assist you on time. After receiving your payment, we will send you a confirmation and instruction via Email. You just need to check your email and follow our guide.
Additional fees may apply depending on how soon your service is booked before your flight. If your request is made closer to your arrival or departure time, the airport may apply an urgent handling fee.
- 48 hours or more: Base price applies
- 24–48 hours: Up to 50% additional fee for rush handling.
- 12–24 hours: Up to 100% additional fee for rush handling.
- Under 12 hours: Up to 140% additional fee, or the request may be on-request only, depending on airport approval.
If any extra charges apply based on timing or airport requirements, we will inform you timely.
The car pick-up fee includes transportation from the airport to the city center. Outside locations will incur an additional price. If your location is outside the city center, we will let you know if there is a charge.
The website prices are inclusive of applicable GST tax and are subject to change without prior notice.
A night allowance may be applied (not included in the website prices)
ESIM services: We are not responsible for additional charges incurred due to roaming or misconfiguration. Ensure mobile data and roaming settings are properly adjusted.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your application before paying the Service Fee, you may do so without incurring any fees or penalties, even if you forget to notify us.
If for any reason you decide to cancel on your application you must send an official request with your Application ID to our Email sales@india-immi.org
- 48 hours or more: Eligible for a full refund.
- 24–48 hours: A cancellation fee of up to 50% may be applied.
- 12–24 hours: A cancellation fee of up to 100% may be applied.
- Less than 12 hours: The booking becomes non-refundable, or may be accepted on a request basis only, subject to airport approval.
If your flight schedule changes or is delayed due to outside factors like weather-related events or courier delays, you must contact us right away by calling our hotline at +84.357.522.522 or sending an email to sales@india-immi.org so that we can adjust our services accordingly.
If you do not contact us after such conditions, which causes the failure of our service delivery, there will be no penalties and no refunds.
If you are unable to use the service(s) on your arrival date for whatever reason, please get in touch with us right away through email at sales@india-immi.org or through our hotline at +84.357.522.522 and follow our instructions.
If you are unable to use the service(s) due to our error in any of the following two situations, we will refund your service fee in full.
- Even when you call us at our hotlines +84.357.522.522 or Email us at sales@india-immi.org and follow our instructions, you are unable to locate our representative(s) at the airport of arrival.
- If, after calling our hotline +84.357.522.522 or sending us an Email to sales@india-immi.org within one hour of your landing, you are unable to locate our representative(s) at the arrival airport, you receive no response or help from us.
eSIM plans are non-transferable and non-refundable once issued, even if not activated, due to licensing and provider regulations.
