Definition
  • Provider, India-immi.org, an independent e-commerce service providing visa support services following the guidelines of the Government of India.
  • Client is an individual or company who conducts payment of the Sales Order/ Booking.
  • Terms and Conditions is an agreement between The Client and The Provider that contains a set of regulations governing the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of The Client and The Provider, as well as the term for using the Provider’s services.
  • Services are all types of services, functions, responsibilities offered by the Provider to the Client, the conditions of which are stated in this Terms and Conditions.
  • Provider’s Account is an Account established by The Provider for payment/register process at Provider website, provided in Sales Order/Booking.
  • Sales Order/Booking is a list of services, functions, and/or responsibilities that have been requested by The Client to be executed by The Provider, including “Addendum”, “Invoice” or “Quotation.”
  • Government shall refer to any institutions that have governmental authority or quasi-governmental authority, including its organs, be it at national or local level.
Acceptance of Terms
  • Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement, you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately.
  • You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website.
  • You (also) agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.
  • You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
Modification
  • India-immi.org reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without notice, and your access to the site will be considered acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
  • We have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.
Account, Password, and Security
The Client hereby indemnifies india-immi.org from any responsibility upon any loss or damages arising from misuse of the Client account caused by the Client’s negligence while using the account and password made by and loaned to and/or transferred by india-immi.org.
PROCEDURE
India-immi.org will try our best to provide you with accurate information and ensure that you obtain the visa for your trip for the date required in a timely manner. Nevertheless, you should remember that all requirements to obtain the visa (documentation, fees, time frames, etc.) are calculated based on general criteria and can vary according to information provided by you such as current or previous nationality, residence, gender, age, profession, recent travel, religion, etc. Also be aware that the issuing authority may change general country requirements or require additional specific information from you without prior notification. India-immi.org will try to inform you as soon as practicable of such changes. In some special cases, the government may require updated or additional information, which can extend the processing time beyond the expected timeframe. India-immi.org will make every reasonable effort to notify you via email as soon as we become aware of any such changes or additional requirements.
As part of our service delivery process, and to ensure efficient and secure communication, India-immi.org reserves the right to generate a temporary or system-assigned email address associated with your visa application. This address may be used for internal processing and communication purposes between you and your visa application on the government website. All official correspondence regarding your visa application—including updates, document submissions, notifications, and approvals—will be conducted through our authorized company email channels. You agree that communication sent via our system shall be deemed sufficient notice for all purposes related to your application.
SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTATION
On our website, you can review the requirements that must be met in order to complete your visa. To ensure that you know the status of your visa at all times, you will be sent an email confirming the processing time of your documents when we receive your payment. Please note that the processing time will begin from the moment we have received all required information from you.
India-immi.org will only process the visa(s) indicated in your request; it assumes no responsibility for other visas required for your trip that have not been requested or which relate to stops on your trip.
By submitting one or more requests to process one or more visas to India-immi.org, you accept these Terms. After receiving your request(s) at India-immi.org, we'll send an email with the particular terms of the required visa to the e-mail address provided by you (type of visa, destination, time frame, etc). Your requests will be verified upon receipt of your documentation, and India-immi.org will then begin the visa application process(s).
OBTAINING THE VISA
When India-immi.org sends you an India eVisa (ETA), it is important that you carefully confirm that the document is accurate and valid for your arrival and departure dates, as well as for the purpose of your visit (tourism, business, medical, etc.). You must notify India-immi.org immediately by email if you identify any discrepancy within 1 hour after the eVisa (ETA) has been sent to you. Please note that India-immi.org does not assume any responsibility for discrepancies, errors, or issues arising after this 1-hour timeframe.
The issue of a visa depends exclusively on the issuing authority, and immigration officials in each country retain the final right to approve or deny entry, even if all requirements have been fulfilled. India-immi.org cannot guarantee that the issuing authority will issue the visa within a specific time frame; our service fees are collected for the completion of the application procedures only.
Please adhere strictly to the issue date specified in your visa to avoid unexpected problems or penalties. The final entry and expiry dates will always be determined by Indian Immigration officers upon arrival, based on your documents and eligibility. This helps ensure higher approval success rates and quicker processing.
For this reason, we strongly recommend that you do not purchase non-refundable tickets or make fixed reservations until your visa has been officially issued
CONDITIONS FOR ISSUING AN ELECTRONIC VISA
  • Purpose of Visit
    • You must apply for an e-Visa under one of the permitted categories:
      • e-Tourist Visa (tourism, sightseeing, visiting friends or relatives)
      • e-Business Visa (business meetings, trade, etc.)
      • e-Medical Visa (medical treatment)
      • e-Medical Attendant Visa (for accompanying the e-Medical Visa holder)
      • e-Conference Visa (attending government-approved conferences)
  • Nationality
    • You must be a citizen of one of the eligible countries. (As of now, over 150 countries are eligible.)
    • Pakistan-origin individuals or citizens of Pakistan are not eligible for an e-Visa and must apply through a regular visa process.
  • Passport Requirements
    • Must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in India.
    • Must have at least two blank pages for stamping.
DELIVERY
Documents will be sent via email as usual, but in some cases, you will be required to send us hard copies of documents to submit to the India Immigration Department for review. You will send the required documents to our office. A delivery charge will be your responsibility. All third-party delivery companies are subject to the conditions set by these individual companies. India-immi.org accepts no liability for losses or delays incurred when using third-party delivery companies.
An extra fee will be charged if we do not have enough time to process your visa in the normal processing time. To ensure that the document arrives at our offices on time, you must select quick delivery.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
India-immi.org may offer to provide additional services in some jurisdictions e.g. Fast-track Service at the airport, Emergency Document Service, Car pick-up service, ESim service. If so, the description and relevant terms for those additional services are available on the Website via the Service Directory and are incorporated into these terms.
FEES
An email with the title "Application #ID: Your booking is confirmed - Payment Successful (Payment gate) – [Name of applicant]" will show that we already received your payment. We will send you an email with the subject "Application #ID: Your booking is confirmed - Payment Remind (Payment gate) - [Name of applicant]" if your payment is failed and instructs you to try again using a different payment method. Any problems that result from a failed payment are not our responsibility. If we do not receive payment from you, we will not process your visa. If your visas are denied by the India Immigration Department: We will refund half of the fee you have paid to you. You shall pay for all bank charges, exchange rate differences, currency adjustments, transaction fee and other such charges incurred by your bank or financial institution(s) throughout the payment process
The fees for India-immi.org services shall be those specified on the website. Other charges and fees charged by an issuing authority or any courier or delivery service, all of which must be paid by you. Once India-immi.org has submitted a travel document request to the relevant issuing authority on behalf of the applicant, all administrative and government fees shall be deemed non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, any transactions deemed fraudulent. The aforementioned transaction incurs costs relating to administrative fees, government fees, exchange rate, transaction fee of the third part and applicable taxes, and as such, no refund shall be provided for these amounts.
Please check all your information on the online application form before submitting it. An extra fee will be charged if you want to change any information related to your visa application form online. Consular fees/Admin & Government fee and availability of services are subject to change without notice. Fees and services may differ between the time the order is placed and when the order is completed. When possible, India-immi.org will try to inform the client of said changes. We reserve the right to choose the best service available given the time limits that the client has specified.
All fees paid to an issuing authority by India-immi.org on your behalf are non-refundable. In the event that a visa or passport application is submitted on your behalf and the request is rejected for any reason, India-immi.org will, at your request, make an additional attempt to secure the travel document. Additional India-immi.org service fees will not be assessed in this situation but you will be required to pay any additional fees assessed by the issuing authority.
Orders which are not submitted via the online order process may be charged an additional administrative fee if so specified on the Website. India-immi.org reserves the right to retain passports and documents until full payment is received. Depending on how many business days are available to order the service, the cost of the India-immi.org service may change. Holidays and consulate closings are not included.
Where an India Electronic Visa has been requested, the fee paid to India-immi.org includes processing of the EVISA visa only and does not include any appeals or additional services. If your visas are denied by the India Immigration Department: We will refund half of the fee you have paid to you. After our system sends the "Processing Notification" to your registered email address, if you decide to cancel your application or change any information for any reason, there won’t be a refund granted, and the service will proceed automatically. Once the application has been submitted to the appropriate government agency full fees will apply.
WARNINGS / DISCLAIMERS
The issuing authority will make the final determination as to the type of visa or passport, how quickly it will be issued and for what duration it will be issued. Prior to approval, the issuing authority may ask for additional documentation. The issuing authority may reject any visa, passport, or other travel document application for any reason and may not provide a reason to India-immi.org for the rejection. Since India-immi.org does not issue visas or passports and cannot make any guarantee or assurances that any issuing authority will issue any document nor can India-immi.org guarantee the time required for an issuing authority to grant or reject an application. Issuing authorities may choose to grant a different type of travel document than that which the applicant has requested which may impact the purpose, validity, or number of entries. Tickets or reservations that are non-refundable should not be made until all necessary travel documents for your trip have been obtained. India-immi.org, in addition to the issuing authorities, reserve the right to prioritize processing according to the travel dates you provide. India-immi.org service fees are assessed for taking reasonable actions to foster the issuance of a requested travel document.
India-immi.org shall not be held responsible for nor accept any liability for the actions of any consulate, embassy, or passport office in delaying or not issuing such applications for any reason whatsoever, nor shall India-immi.org be held responsible for expense and/or delay arising from or in connection with: (a) incomplete application forms or (b) incorrectly or falsely completed application forms or (c) inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation. Any expense or cost incurred by the client due to these delays or non-issuances shall not be the responsibility of, nor shall any charges be levied upon, India-immi.org.
India-immi.org provides visa and passport information in good faith on the express understanding that the said information is the interpretation of any or all information provided by respective embassies, consulates, or passport offices at any or all times, and India-immi.org shall not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever for any errors and/or omissions in the information. India-immi.org will endeavor, wherever possible, to process the client's visa, passport, and/or document based on the instructions given and application forms submitted, although it is the client's express responsibility to ensure that the validity of the said visa/passport/document obtained includes and covers the periods of time in which the client plans to enter and leave the country or countries that the client is visiting and for the number of entries to that country and is valid for the purpose intended.
When India-immi.org returns your result, it is your responsibility to verify that all the visas you require for your trip have been obtained, that the visas for each country you intend to visit are valid for the entry and exit dates of your visit, that your personal details are reflected accurately, and that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the completion of your trip. Please note that even when a visa is issued, a traveler may be denied entry since in each country the local immigration officials make the final entry decision. All travelers are advised by India-immi.org to obtain a visa in advance and not to try to do so "on arrival."
Should a passport, document, or other item be lost, misplaced, damaged, delayed, or destroyed, India-immi.org shall only be liable if it is at fault, and its liability shall be limited to the basic replacement cost of that item. India-immi.org is not responsible for items misplaced, damaged, delayed, or destroyed by a delivery service or issuing authority. Passport covers and all documents such as original bank statements, educational and birth certificates, etc not requested for submission per India-immi.org instruction should be retained by the applicant. India-immi.org accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of such documents. India-immi.org accepts no liability for travelers electing to obtain on-arrival visas. To the maximum extent permitted by law, India-immi.org excludes or limits any direct, indirect, or consequential loss and all statutory or implied conditions and warranties, including, without limitation, lost profits or travel or holiday costs or any loss arising from information obtained from the Website. Subject to the other provisions of this clause, our maximum liability for loss caused to you whether under contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the lesser of the fees actually paid by you to India-immi.org.
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
FEEDBACK
You have from 7 to 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the services (or if not delivered, from the date of order) to inform India-immi.org of any feedback related to India-immi.org services. Once the relevant deadline has passed, any feedback shall expire.
GENERAL
These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangements, understandings, or agreements between us relating to the subject matter of any contract. If any provision of these Terms does not comply with any law, then the provision must be read down so as to give it as much effect as possible. If it is not possible to give the provision any effect at all, then it must be treated as severable from the rest of the Terms. Where India-immi.org is unable to carry out any obligation under the contract due to any circumstance, matter, or thing beyond its reasonable control (“force majeure”), India-immi.org shall be excused from such obligations to the extent of such prevention, restriction, or interference so caused. India-immi.org may subcontract all or part of its obligations or assign all or part of its rights under this contract. This agreement does not create any right enforceable by a person who is not a party to it, except for any lawful successor or assignee. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be governed by Indian Law, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
PRIVACY POLICY
Purpose for collection and processing
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, deliver a product or return a product, we understand that you consent to our collecting it and using it for your specific reasons only that body. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no. Provision of personal information to The One Digi Corp is voluntary. Please note, however, that a refusal to provide personal information may limit our ability to provide the requested services. Personal information is collected directly from the applicant or an authorized representative on behalf of the applicant.
Scope
This Privacy Notice applies to the provision of additional services that are provided by The One Digi Corp. It is not mandatory to provide your personal data for the “Services”, however, without providing the required personal data, we may not be able to deliver these services.
How long your data is held for?
Your personal data is deleted from The One Digi Corp’s systems after successful service delivery. Only your name and contact details, as well as the passport number, are retained for the purposes of the appointment scheduling, tracking the progress of your order, and returning your documents to you. This personal data is destroyed (30) thirty days after services rendered to you are completed, or as agreed to by the Indian Government. If you use a self-service workstation in our application center, the data on this workstation is deleted after every session. If you contact us with follow-up questions or a complaint, we may retain your contact information, application reference number for the time it takes to resolve your matter. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations (for example; invoices for taxation legislation).
Who do we share your information with?
We share your personal information with the Indian Government as an authorised service provider. This information includes the personal information supplied by you to support your order. We will not share your personal information to third parties without your consent. This consent may be explicit, such as when you give consent verbally, written, or on-line, or implied, such as when you enter into a contract with us to deliver an optional additional service. We only use partners that have satisfactory data protection measures in place and that have been approved by the Indian Government. We will only disclose personal information when requested by a public authority and only if that request is supported by a court order and with the permission of the Indian Government. We may also share information concerning your interactions with us to the Indian Government in connection with a complaint, request, data access request, or as requested by the Indian Government.

ELECTRONIC VISA (E-VISA)

PROCESSING TIME
  • Normal case: estimated 4 working days from the date of submission of complete documents
  • Urgent case: estimated 3 working days from the date of submission of complete documents
  • Super Urgent case: estimated 2 working day from the date of submission of complete documents
The processing time depends on the type of visa, nationality and type of processing that you applied for your India Evisa (process visa in normal case, urgent case, super urgent case).
A "Processing Notification" will show that the Evisa application will be processed on dd/mm/yyyy. We will send you a result on dd/mm/yyyy at [a specific time].
The processing time is dependent on business hours, which are 8:00 AM to 16:00 PM (UTC+5:30) Monday to Friday (excluding lunch time from 11:00 AM to 13:30 PM) and is also subject to India National Public Holiday
Working time will be based on India Time (UTC+5:30).
The processing time is based on the applicant acceptance time and processing time of the India Immigration (India Time), and the following rules will be applied:
For 4 working day processing: If we receive your payment and required information before 11:00 AM of a working day, your processing time will be counted immediately, and your e-visa will be ready by the end of the 7th working day at the latest. Otherwise, it will be counted on the next working day.
For 3 working day processing: If we receive your payment and required information before 09:00 AM of a working day, your processing time will be counted immediately, and your e-visa will be ready by the end of the 3rd working day at the latest. Otherwise, it will be counted on the next working day.
For urgent cases, the time when your e-visa is ready will be confirmed case by case.
The issuing authority may reject any visa, passport, or other travel document application for any reasons and may not provide a reason to https://india-immi.org for the rejection. We have no responsibility for any delays, cancellations, financial, and other losses due to denial or delay in processing.
Prior to approval, the issuing authority may ask for additional documentations, and we will inform you by Email to prepare a full set of required documents. Since we do not issue visas or passports and cannot make any guarantee or assurances that any issuing authority will issue any documents nor can we guarantee the time required for an issuing authority to grant or reject an application. Issuing authorities may choose to grant a different type of travel document than that which the applicant has requested which may impact the purpose, validity, or number of entries. Tickets or reservations that are non-refundable should not be made until all necessary travel documents for your trip have been obtained.

By submitting your e-visa application to https://india-immi.org, you consent to paying all fees associated with this kind of service, including the service fee and admin & Government fee.
This fee is charged by us to submit your application, help you get your visa on time, and support you 24/7 about the visa procedure.
An email with the title "Application #ID: Confirm Visa for India Successful (gate OnePay) – [Name of applicant]" will show that we already received your payment. We will send you an email with the subject "Application #ID: Visa for India Remind (gate OnePay) - [Name of applicant]" if your payment is failed and instructs you to try again using a different payment method. Any problems that result from a failed payment are not our responsibility. If we do not receive payment from you, we will not process your visa.
If your visas are denied by the India Immigration Department: We will refund half of the fee you have paid to you.
You shall pay for all bank charges, exchange rate differences, currency adjustments, transaction fee and other such charges incurred by your bank or financial institution(s) throughout the payment process.
Where an India Electronic Visa has been requested, the fee paid to https://india-immi.org includes processing of the E-VISA visa only and does not include any appeals or additional services.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
The issuing authority may reject any visa, passport or other travel document application for any reason and may not provide a reason to https://india-immi.org for the rejection. If your visas are denied by the India Immigration Department: We will refund half of the fee you have paid to you.
You shall pay for all bank charges, exchange rate differences, currency adjustments, transaction fee and other such charges incurred by your bank or financial institution(s) throughout the refund process.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your application before paying the Service Fee, you may do so without incurring any fees or penalties, even if you forget to notify us.
If for any reason you decide to cancel or change any information on your application before we begin processing the service, you may do so without incurring any fees or penalties. If so, before our "Processing Notification" is issued to your registered email address, you must send an official cancellation request with your Application ID to our email sales@india-immi.org. A complete refund will be provided in this situation.
After our system sends the "Processing Notification" to your registered email address, if you decide to cancel your application or change any information for any reason, there won’t be a refund granted, and the service will proceed automatically.
An extra fee will be charged for the correction.
A "Processing Notification" will show that the visa application will be processed on dd/mm/yyyy. We will send you a result on dd/mm/yyyy at a specific time.
Once your Evisa has been issued by The India Immigration Department and has been sent to your registered email address, there will be no refunds allowed. Once India-immi.org has submitted a travel document request to the relevant issuing authority on behalf of the applicant, all administrative and government fees shall be deemed non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, any transactions deemed fraudulent. The aforementioned transaction incurs costs relating to administrative fees, government fees, exchange rate, transaction fee of the third part and applicable taxes, and as such, no refund shall be provided for these amounts.

You will be charged an additional fee to expedite the process, or your visa will be canceled if the authorities do not have enough time to process it. We will send you a list of required documents via email. Please send us a full set of the needed documents on time. There will be no refunds allowed and india-immi.org accepts no liability for any problems brought on by late document submissions.
Please get in touch with us right away through email at sales@india-immi.org or through our hotline at +84.357.522.522 if for any reason you are unable to get your eVisa by the due date as indicated by us via the "Processing Notification." No refund is given if you don’t do that.
Technical problems, incorrect email addresses, or information submitted by applicants without notifying us in advance will not be held liable for any loss or delay.
india-immi.org shall not be held responsible for nor accept any liability for the actions of any consulate, embassy, or passport office in delaying or not issuing such applications for any reason whatsoever, nor shall india-immi.org be held responsible for expense and/or delay arising from or in connection with: (a) incomplete application forms or (b) incorrectly or falsely completed application forms or (c) inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation.
It is strongly advised that you double-check your details to make sure that all of the following information is accurate. There will be no cancellation and no refund in this case. You will be charged in full for any mistakes on your part.
Tickets or reservations that are non-refundable should not be made until all necessary travel documents for your trip have been obtained.
Admin & Government fee is non-refundable for any reason.
In the event that india-immi.org made a mistake while submitting your approval letter and you notify us at least seven working days before the date of your arrival, we will obtain a new approval letter for you using the same information from your initial application without charging you any additional fees.
Each Thursday, the refund will be issued. If it falls on public holidays (Republic Day, Ambedkar Jayanti, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti, etc.), the refund will be processed the next business day.
